Are Photos Transparent?


Taco bell is creating a fun inviting environment for consumers to engage in eating. They utilize different color fonts to highlight the message. The words giant Cheez-It is further highlighted in pink to emphasize the difference between their tostada and other companies' tostada. Taco Bell’s “Photo helps to tell a story, particularly for a product that comes in unusual shapes and colors” (Scott, 2005). Along the side of their image, you may notice that there is a message attached. This message further emphasizes the product's features, such as ingredients, various sides, the price, and more. Placing this information here it is letting consumers know exactly what to expect.

The audience is not very active on their page, the conversations are limited by the creator or just unengaged consumers. Despite having 1.4 million followers, the amount of interaction with those followers is minimal. It is difficult to convey audience members' feelings about taco bell through the discussion. Taco Bell can try opening with open questions and creating events to get consumers actively talking about their products. Some consumers have posted their photos individually on their own page and tagged Taco Bell to show the correlation. Something to consider with this is that by allowing customers to post photos of their interactions with Taco Bell, they have created a welcoming environment for customers. Which is encouraging others to participate in the experience by displaying real-life interactions.






Stay Sharp!

GoPro is a technology company that manufactures action cameras and develops its own mobile apps and video camera software. GoPro receives over 1.5k likes for a single photo and a minimum of 5.6k views on their videos. Their site is composed of various cameras along with images and pricing for each camera. The company wants consumers to visualize and have experience with their cameras. They do this by taking exotic images, creating adventure, and making memories. I have attached the link to the GoPro Facebook page along with an image of various sharks and fish underwater. This image leads

GoPro further encourages consumers to join the adventure by purchasing their camera to capture special moments on their vacation or in everyday life. The audience members are very active in the discussion section, they are posting images of their own experiences using the GoPro cameras and in response, others are vocal about their concerns regarding the cameras or personal experiences.







Save Where It Counts!


Target Utilizes it’s company’s logo to connect to consumers. It does this by using a symbol that many are familiar. The target logo, is the little white dog with a red circle around its eye. The image is appealing to customers loyalty and creating a relationship with a wide range of a specific culture. By addressing Teacher discounts on its image followed by a heart it is also making a warmth and emotional appeal to its customers. In regards to the audiences reactions to this post it is very active. As of July 23rd,2022, this particular image has been retweeted 91 time, has 167 likes and has 157 responses.Although the target is making progress with engaging consumers in conversation it is not in a positive way. Many people have posted images of Target school supply sections that are disorganized and claiming that Target is not honoring their teacher discount. Target's response to these comments has been generic. Customers will feel valued and heard if they receive a more personalized response.
